War Child Lego Animation Final 

Its about a boy having a normal day going to school and all of a sudden terrorist plane. Come a cross his school and drops a bomb on his school and he lose his school his place of education. So war child steps in and start rebuild the school in your very own eyes. war child has help thousands of children go back to school to get there education. So please donate so you can help thousand of young children around the world .this animation was inspire Rymdreglage - 8-bit trip because the way they do the animation they took there time to do and that the 
same with me  it was hard doing my animation and put all the effect into but you got to take your time the start of 
Rymdreglage - 8 -bit trip  that the same in my animation when the school is rebuild it self and that were the idea 
came from this animation inspired me to do more animation.

Positives About This Animation
that animation help the war child and tell the story but in Kid way it all in Lego so your telling your story in a kids
eye. but you get an understand of what it like when a child goes through war. so it a great understanding but you
know what is going on when you tell the story. 

Negatives About This Animation 
That the animation doesn't move that smoothly and it need more work with the part when there was explosive 
it need more work if i had an understanding of how i could of done the explosive differently i would because it 
would be more effect in the animation and you would see what is happening 

Step Process For The Final Piece Set Up 

I used two chairs to for legs and i put a wooden board down for the base for the Lego to go on then i started setting up the tripod so i know were the animation will come from then and i started setting up the Lego school for the place i want to see in the animation then i got my A2 background and i put at the back of the Lego school and that the started of my set for the Lego animation this animation is about war child and all the things war child can do and that what i am showing in my animation.This animation is set up in a small room i don't start the animation until the sun goes down so the animation doesn't get effect by natural light and then i can set up at the right time so the animation can look right.

Plane Animation

This is my animation of a plane going across the white board blowing up a building this is a test to see if the plane look fluent with the background and see if it works well by doing stop motion. the plane is an Afghanistan war plane.

Positives About This Animation
That I Know It will work for my final piece and i got an understanding of this animation and how i made it move and work well withe whiteboard and that it just a simple design of a school easy to draw.

Negatives About This Animation
That i could of made this animation better to get an understanding how this animation could be better if the school was better drawn and if there was a background to go with what is going on in the animation really. 

Running Horse Animation

This is my paper cut out of a horse running its a 3 second animation it look good for a stop motion needs more work on it. I only took about 20 pictures to do this animation of a simple horse running and making you get the feel like its a real horse running.

Positives About This Animation
That this was my first project in animation and we started with a paper cut out and we got an understanding of animation and how it is made i like the way the horse is running for his life really.

Negatives About This Animation
That i could of made the horse run better with the screen and made it run like a normal horse because of it legs going to high and i don't like its a 3 second animation if i took more pictures it would be longer and i would of started again to make this look right the second time 

Timeline of Animation 

 The Enchanted Drawing (1900)

This way the first animation in the 1900 they was using stop motion in this animation because that how they could animator things in 1900 but its great to see how animation got created to what we know and love now today.

The Hasher's Delirium  (1910)

Stop motion was the way people could animate things to make them really to the view this was the only way until digital animation came along and that what most animator use but sometime animator these days go back to the classic way to animate things 

 

Fable Cartoon (1920)

Cartoons was born in the 1918 that were most cartoon started from and that what you get to see with a simple way of cartoon but in the present day most cartoon are all digital to go with the present day technology but this is classic way of animation.

Congo Jazz (1930) 

This is classic animation for children it has been re-masted to people that watch it today because this what people use to watch and they still like to watch it these days because its a childhood memory when it comes to this animation this was after the war when they start animating again to make films.

Popeye: Poopdeck Pappy (1940)

I use to watch popeye all the time when i was a kid this animation made me eat my vegetables because the was he eat one food and he got big and strong this animation went far in the world most people around the world know who popeye the sailor man is because they are still doing this animation now in the present day.

Gerald McBoing-Boing: Jolly Frolics (1950)

This animation brought so many views because of the music and the way the people talk in the animation because they talking about what happens in the animation and that what kicked of the way animation could be like to new views.

The Avengers - Official Trailer - (1960)

This is where big company's like marvel and dc came into the pictures of animation and told the world that we can make more fun and better animation the way animation started getting digital and graphic the way comic book came to life and that what brought more people in because most people want to see there comic book come to life 

Sesame Street (1970)

other big company came into the animation world and started to bring in young views and this company went far in the world because of there songs and puppets the way they bring so many fans and they have give so much to the world and we all love them for it because they made kids have fun when it came to education 

Flintstones Comedy Show Intro (1980)

I think everyone in the world remembers this animations this animation is still going now they made two movie of the Flintstones because of the amount of views that watched the series when it was on TV loved of people loved this animation most other company got inspired by this animation like the jetsons.

Wallace And Gromit The Wrong Trousers (1990's)

Stop motion was used again in the classic TV show Wallace and gromit everyone loved Wallace and gromit the company had loads of fan but it was sad when the company burnt down and lost everything but the fan have start helping the company to try and find all the lost films and that what helped them made the Wallace and gromit film and every loved that the classic TV series came back but into a film.

The Simpsons (2000)

The Simpsons inspired so many animation because this is digital animation most of it was hand drawn the Simpsons made 24 season about 530 episode was made with Simpsons they made one movie and game with all the original voices the Simpsons have loads of fan over the world it has made so many kids over the world happy when i watched the Simpsons i loved watching the way most family arent normal and that what the Simpsons are showing to the view the company has made billions with there products of the Simpsons alone 

 Disney's Fantasia 2000

Most of my animation are inspired by this animation the way things can come to life with by just using imagination and that what Disney show in all there films i like the way everything comes to life most films got inspired by this film like "The Sorcerer's Apprentice" Actually used this scene in there film and that what pushed this animation far that you can see what it looks like in a really life film.

Moving Shoes (Stop Motion)

I created this animation because i got a feel to a Disney film "Fantasia"  were the objects started moving them selves with a bit of magic and imagination anything could happen in world if you put them in motion. so i am telling a story into my own way what would happen if you don't watch your shoes this is what could happen.

Positives About This Animation 
That i got to tell a story with my own objects and the music goes well with the animation it makes you feel that the shoes have got life of there own and it look like there dancing to the music it a simple idea i took 126 photo to do this 26 second  animation but it looks great.

Negatives About This Animation
That parts of the animation you can see me in it and that the animation was longer but my camera died on me and i couldn't finish so i shorten it to the part were the shoes stop dancing and i could of used more room in this animation because the shoes get close to the screen 

Rymdreglage - 8-bit trip

This is my artist for my lego animation because they are working well with the stop motion and the lego piece to make a full 3.50 video they took there time on this video it took them 1500 hours to do this video and fix all the problem in the video but the way the video make you want to watch it more that what i am trying to bring into my war child animation i am trying to get the view to what to watch what might happen in the video the sad and good moment to the animation so this video of Rymdreglage - 8-bit trip is inspiring to make my animation work well with movement and the views eyes even though 
there talking about games in this animation it make you get an understanding how animation works 

Making And Planning For My Final Piece

This is the school the boy goes to in the animation its a simple little school that not a lot of children go to but it helps there education in the long run.

They's are the heads that are being used in the finally piece the animation will start of with a simple smiling face  then when bomb come it goes to a straight face then when everything is blown up it will go to a sad face then school is getting rebuilt the child puts his hand a away from his face then he has a shocked face then he has a really big smile on his face. 5 faces are being used in this animation.

This is the background used in the animation this is afghanistan mountain and i will be using a paper plane in this animation going across the background it will start of a small plane getting bigger i have 4 different size of plane in this animation.

Narrative Images Making Research Extension

Storyboards  

My storyboard are link with Disney the way the story is has a twist in the being then a happy ending in the end. My story is about a boy losing his school but getting his school back and his education and the story is getting explained in the animation like Disney explains what happening in the story so you can get the feel to it

Graphic Novels Propaganda Posters 

Some propaganda posters are in some films like marvel (captain America ) there mostly in movies the design of them to get the public's eye to get the message out there it great to see it in movie because they are still using them even in this present time. which is good because the art work in them is amazing and i would love to do one.

The Big Bang

 This was the funniest animation we did because we had fun with this even though this animation is 14 second  we had to move small steps at a time to take the picture and to make the animation more effective we what to make people laugh when they watch this animation its about an explosive blowing us away then we come back to it to control the explosive with are minds and we celebrate about it.

Positives About This Animation
That you get to work as a group and try to understand animation and how they work it was good how this stop motion animation came along because it fun and playful for the views it make your inner children come out when you see this animation

Negatives About This Animation 
That the animation is a short animation because you have to take so many pictures when it come to animation we took about 69 pictures to do a 14 second that not bad but if we had more time to do this animation we could of developed it more 

The Justice League Animation 

We used many stuff in the idea before we made the planned it out we took many picture to make the animation very successful it was alright doing the animation but moving the objects was annoying the animation is a 30 second Animation but it was successful in the end but it would of been better if it was a longer Animation to tell the story more.

Positives About This Animation 
That again you get to work as a group and i like the way the animation came along away the the letter started coming out of the book learning you the alphabet but the twist that some came out of the book and try to bring them back into the book and they couldn't get back into the book so they fight for there life but the book helps him.

Negatives About This Animation 
That you cant move the objects fast to make the animation work it has to go slow to make the animation work and other problem about this animation is that you have to take so many picture to make it work it makes sense but there should be a faster way to do an animation.

T-shirt War 

Two guys with two hundred and twenty-two custom t-shirts (and also one fire extinguisher) make a really clever and cool stop motion animation fight in just two days.

What the animators said : TECHNICAL EXPLANATION FOR GEEKS LIKE US: We changed shirts over 100 times each, taking individual pictures of each unique shirt. The designs on the shirts are not photoshopped. They are real shirts for each frame of animation. The video was exported at 30fps, while the T-shirt animation moves at 6fps (with a few exceptions where it moves faster) So, for each shirt, we took 5 pictures, so the animation of us (Rhett&Link) moves at 30fps, but the T-shirt animations move a bit slower. There are a few places where the motion seems so smooth that it looks like video. That's because, in those parts, there was no changing in T-shirts, and Joe used burst mode to capture the frames, making it look very smooth. 


I love the idea of t-shirt in the animation it was so simple and effected the way they played around with it and made it come alive where there fighting with each other and there using t-shirt to do 222 shirt was produced to make this animation work it is so funny to watch it took them 2 day to finish the animation but it looks great in the end make you think were did they get the idea to make animation like that who did they look at to get an idea like this or something similar.

Positives About This Animation 
This is a stop motion animation i like this animation because i got to work with Lego and i get to see my story come to life in a childish way for the views really and its great the way animation came along it works well for the company war child and it gets the understanding about what there about and what they can do for so many people around the world.

Negatives About This Animation 
That it needs a background to work well and to get the feel where you are in the world and to get understanding more about it and what else didn't work well way the Lego plane it was hard to move it across the screen so that idea need more development to make the animation work it look okay in the animation but if it got pushed more it will work well for the final idea.

Eye Opening And Closing

 We made this on Photoshop is never used Photoshop before it could of been better if i got an understand of it then the animation could have more detail in it and give the eye more definitions could of put more colour into the eye.

Positives About This Animation 
That you get an understanding about Photoshop and how to work it i like the way this animation came along it a simple design  of an eye it moves well with the animation it goes fluently the way a natural eye goes

Negatives About This Animation
That it was hard to understand Photoshop and how to make a simple design on Photoshop it took a couple of times before we got a simple design and the amount of work you have to put in for the Photoshop Animation. We had loads of problems trying to get the animation right. 

This is one of the object that will be in my final idea my final ideas will be out of Lego and the other final idea is black chalk so i am mixing it up for the views 

Chalkboard Animation 

War Child By Ryan Southern chalk animation about a child in war going back to education and having a normal life again. This was a fun animation to do it was seem very easy to do i took about 290 photos to do this animation it was very effective in the end very pleased with this animation.

Positives About This Animation 
That you get to create anything as long as it related to war child so i created a child of war it great the way the animation came along it bring the view in to watch it and they get an understanding what war child can do it was easy doing this animation because i only used chalk and a black piece of paper to do this animation which is the simple way to do this an animation.

Negatives About This Animation 
That i had to draw small little line to do this animation and i had to take a picture each time i made a line to write the work war child in chalk and another part i don't like about this animation is when the child starts moving is arms there not the same size when he moves them so that what need improving if i worked on it more it could work well with this animation.
